So here we go.....

This is officially the first post here on The Youth Pastor Chronicles. This is the first of many, I hope. :)

The goal of this blog is to inspire youth pastors and youth workers in their calling with words of wisdom from me and some of my friends who are either current, former or aspiring youth workers/pastors. In my time as a youth worker/pastor, I've found that working with youth requires a support system that starts with God but also includes family, friends and peers. The relationships I've created throughout the years have been invaluable in my continuing in this crazy thing called "youth ministry" and through this blog my hope to be able to cultivate even more relationships and pass on some of what me and my friends have learned.

This is just the beginning.....
